Instructions
  1. Take a bowl and add all the dry ingredients.
  2. Then add the chopped vegetables.
  3. Add the milk and make a dough (as in chappathi's consistency) and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Make it into small balls and deep fry in oil till it turns to golden brown.
