1 cup Rice flour5 no Onion (chopped, small size)2 nos Green chillies1 small Ginger (chopped)1/4 tsp Pepper powder1/4 cup Milk1 pinch Baking sodaSalt (to taste)Oil (to deep fry) Take a bowl and add all the dry ingredients.Then add the chopped vegetables.Add the milk and make a dough (as in chappathi's consistency) and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
