  • Mash boiled vegetables. Mix cornflour to it and shape it into round balls.
  • Deep fry this and keep it aside.
  • In the same oil, fry onions, garlic and green chillies.
  • Make a paste of corn flour, soya sauce and salt. Add this to the pan. Mix well.
  • Add the vegetable balls.
  • Add pepper powder and remove it into a serving bowl.
  • :- Serve hot with roti or fried rice.
