Curd

Garam masala
powder
optional

tsp
Salt
2
tbsp
Coriander leaves
2
tsp
Oil
Instructions
Cut
carrot
and beans.
Pressure cook
carrot
, beans, corns and peas with little
salt
.
Take a pan with
water
. Make it boil and add pastas to it.
Cook until it becomes soft.
Heat
oil
in a frypan.
Add chopped onions and fry finely.
Add chopped tomatoes and
garam masala
powder.
Add the cooked vegetables, cooked pasta and
salt
.
Mix thoroughly.
Add curd to the mixture with little
water
.
When it starts to boil, remove from flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot with
tomato
ketchup.
