This recipe uses a can of Chop Suey vegetables and a can of mixed Chinese vegetables. egg also goes nice with this.

Instructions
  1. Boil Noodle with salt and oil and drain it
  2. Chop all vegetables
  3. In pan add oil and fry the noodles like nest and keep aside
  4. in pan add oil and saute ginger and garlic
  5. And add all vegetables and cook for few mins
  6. Add soya sauce and add sugar and salt , pepper
  7. Add Corn flour with water and mix it well and keep aside
  8. In tawa add egg and make half boil and keep aside
  9. Now arrange plate first noddles nest sauce and egg
  10. Now its ready to serve. its yummy
