Vegetable Fried Rice - Healthy Vegetable fried rice - Vegetable Fried Rice - Healthy 2 cups Rice1 cup Green Onion (finely chopped)1/4 cup Carrot (cut into small cubes)1/4 cup French beans (cut into small cubes)1/4 cup Capsicum (cut into small cubes)4 tbsp Oil2 tbsp Soya sauceSalt (As reqd)½ tsp Ajinomoto2 tbsp Vinegar¼ cup Green peas (boiled)1 no Tomato (sliced) Wash rice and boil it in salted water without covering.When rice is done, strain it through a strainer and let it cool.Heat oil in a vessel or kadai.Fry the onions slightly.Add carrots, beans and capsicum and continue frying,Add boiled rice along with aji-no-moto, salt, soya sauce and vinegar.Cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame while continuously stirring it.Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.Garnish with tomatoes and peas.:- Serve hot. Chinese

It was a a very nice reciepe but I think adding the tomatoes and peas on top takes away the charm…..of chinese cooking a lil bit of green chillies would not go a miss
hmm!!!!! This is really good.i have one suggestion.can we add some dry fruits like grapes,almonds(fry these 2 in ghee).
