Vegetable Home Style
It Is A vegetable Curry prepared in soya sauce And
pepper Powder
.

Ingredients of Vegetable home style.

Brinjal

Potato

Onion
1/2
tsp
Ginger
/
Garlic
paste
1

Green chilly
1/2
tsp
Pepper powder
1

Soya sauce
1
pinch
Sugar
3
tbsp
Corn flour
Oil
as required.
Salt
.
Instructions
First cut the vegetables in round shapes and dip into the
water
then drain after some time. Make a batter with 2.5tbsp
cornflour
,
salt
and
water
.Marinate the vegetables in the batter then fry in
oil
.
Heat
oil
in a pan , add chopped
onion
,
ginger
/
garlic
paste and green chilly. Sauté well then add
pepper powder
, soya sauce ,
sugar
and
salt
.Mix well.
Add the fried vegetables ,coriander leaves into the pan and mix well.
Mix the
cornflour
with 1/2 cup
water
, pour over the vegetables and stir till the vegetables are coated well with the sauce.
Vegetable home style curry is ready.Serve hot with naan, roti or chapati.
