Instructions
  1. Grate onion, potato and carrot into thin and even length.
  2. Make a thick mixture with gram flour or besan and water.
  3. Add chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder and cumin seeds and mix well.
  4. Add the grated vegetables and mix well again.
  5. Heat a pan with enough oil for deep frying.
  6. Put small amounts of the mixture into it and deep fry, until light brown.
  7. :- It make stick together, so add little by little and try to separate & avoid sticking. :- It might stick inspite of efforts to avoid sticking. However, it is ok.
  8. Remove and allow to drain by placing on a tissue paper.
  9. :- Serve with ketchup or mint(pudhina) chutney.

thanks for sharing this easy receipe. very tasty one, my husband & kid enjoyed it with ketchup. u didn`t give the amount of gram flour, so I made a thick paste of it just enough to cover the vegetables. it was very good.
