cut into small pieces

All purpose flour
Maida
200
g
Butter
6
cups
Milk
Salt
As reqd

Egg
1
no
Capsicum
sliced in round shape

Tomato
sliced in round
Cheese
As reqd

Bread crumbs
Instructions
For preparing vegetable pie, cook the vegetables with required
water
. Drain the
water
.
Roast flour in butter without changing its colour.
Reduce flame, add
milk
and mix well.
Take it from flame and add
egg
to it and mix well to make a white sauce.
Add the cooked vegetables to this sauce and mix well.
Pour this mixture into a pie dish and sprinkle
bread crumbs
evenly on top of it .
Garnish with sliced
capsicum
and
tomato
.
Sprinkle lots of cheese on top of it.
Bake it in oven for 30 minutes in 180 degrees, till it`s top turns light brown in colour .
Serve it hot.
