Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Basmati rice
  • 2 cups Chopped Carrots, Beans & Broccoli mixed together
  • Green peas As reqd
  • 6 nos Baby corns small
  • Cinnamon A few, Karugapatta
  • Bay leaves A few, Vazhana/Karuga ela
  • Salt As reqd
  • Butter or Vegetable oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak Basmati rice.
  • Leave the rice to drain. Keep aside the drained water.
  • Evenly chop the carrots, beans and broccoli.
  • Add the peas and baby corn into it.
  • Heat oil in a large pan. Add the chopped vegetables, with cinnamon and bay leaves and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Now, add the drained rice and fry for another 3 minutes.
  • Add the drained water and salt to taste.
  • Cover and cook until the rice is done.
  • :-Serve hot.
