  • Mixed vegetables(Potatoes, Peas, Beans, Carrots, Cabbage) - 1 cup
  • Tomato - 1 no
  • Onion(big) - 1 no
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp) -
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
  1. Soak rice for about 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes off.
  4. Add chopped onions and fry until it turns golden colour.
  5. Add tomato and fry for some time.
  6. Add all the vegetables and fry again.
  7. Add rice along with 2 1/2 cups of water.
  8. Pressure cook till you hear 2 whistles.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.

There is no mention about chillies at all……it was yuck

easy and nice recipe.there is absolutely no need fr green chillies as the ginger-garlic paste and garam masala is added.moreover,pulao is not meant to be as spicy as biryani!! good work.
