Instructions
  1. Boil a pot of water and add salt and 1 tsp oil to it.
  2. Add the dried hakka noodles to the boiling water and cook for 5 - 7 minutes or till the noodles are cooked.
  3. Drain off the water and blanch the noodles in cold water.
  4. Apply 1 tsp oil to the boiled noodles and mix well so that they don’t get sticky.
  5. Heat 2 tsp sesame oil in a wok and add the chopped spring onion, ginger, garlic and whole red chillies and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes.

  7. Add the cut beans and carrots and stir fry for 1 minute more.(you can add vegetables of your choice - beans sprouts, pak choi, broccoli, cabbage, capsicum etc).

  9. Add the Schezwan sauce, boiled noodles, soya sauce, salt and pepper and toss the noodles so that all the ingredients are well mixed.
