The veg sheek kabab is very tasty and health kabab. For vegetarian this is a good platter. This is easy and quick recipe for vegetarian. This sheek kabab is tasty and good in aroma with nice colour and texture too.

  • Mixed vegetable - ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Kabab maslaa - 1 tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) -
  • Red chili and garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Oil(for greasing + 1 tsp for sauté) -

Instructions
  1. In pan add oil and temper jeera, ginger garlic paste
  2. Now sauté vegetable and cook well allow too cool
  3. Now grind coarsely vegetables
  4. Now add in bowl and add boiled potato and mix well and all all masala mix well
  5. In skewers arrange kabab mixture. Ref pic
  6. Now pre heat oven for 10 mins and cook for 30 mins 200 degree
  7. Now the Vegetable Sheek Kabab is ready to serve.
