Instructions
  1. Heat a pan add oil in it and when it hot add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly.
  2. Add salt to it and stir well and then add ladies finger to it.
  3. Add little water and chilly powder to it.
  4. Close the pan and let it cooked.
  5. To this add coconut milk .
  6. When it gets boiled off the flame.
  7. Heat another pan add oil in it and add mustard to it when it boils.
  8. When it splutters add dried red chilly, shallot and curry leaves.
  9. Sauté it for 2 minutes and then off the flame.
  10. Pour this to the stew.
  11. Stir well.
  12. Transfer to the serving dish.
