  • Heat a pan add oil in it and when it hot add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly.
  • Add salt to it and stir well and then add ladies finger to it.
  • Add little water and chilly powder to it.
  • Close the pan and let it cooked.
  • To this add coconut milk .
  • When it gets boiled off the flame.
  • Heat another pan add oil in it and add mustard to it when it boils.
  • When it splutters add dried red chilly, shallot and curry leaves.
  • Sauté it for 2 minutes and then off the flame.
  • Pour this to the stew.
  • Stir well.
  • Transfer to the serving dish.
