Veggie Curry Leaves Chutney Dosa

There are varieties of dosa. It is very difficult to make the kids to eat vegetables. It is the best way to prepare. Here i have used only beetroot and carrot, but you can use other veggies like cabbage, aloo, onions etc.

Instructions
  1. Spread dosa batter in a tawa.
  2. Apply curry leaves shallot chutney and spread it. For curry leaves shallot chutney, refer this link:https://pachakam.com/Recipes/Curry-Leaves-Shallots-Chutney
  3. Sprinkle grated beetroot and carrot around dosa
  4. Sprinkle few idli podi
  5. Spread oil around it. Close it with a lid and cook. Crispy dosa is ready.
