There are varieties of dosa. It is very difficult to make the kids to eat vegetables. It is the best way to prepare. Here i have used only beetroot and carrot, but you can use other veggies like cabbage, aloo, onions etc.

  • Spread dosa batter in a tawa.
  • Apply curry leaves shallot chutney and spread it. For curry leaves shallot chutney, refer this link: https://www.pachakam.com/Recipes/Curry-Leaves-Shallots-Chutney
  • Sprinkle grated beetroot and carrot around dosa
  • Sprinkle few idli podi
  • Spread oil around it. Close it with a lid and cook. Crispy dosa is ready.
