Instructions
  1. For preparing veggie masala dry, boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker with salt and water.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan and sautT the onion till it becomes transparent.
  3. Add in garlic, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala. 4)Then add in the tomato and green chillies. Fry well.
  4. Toss in the cooked potatoes, carrot and beans. SautT it well with a little water. Allow it to cook for some time.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and allow it to simmer on low flame.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
  7. Veggie masala dry is ready. Serve hot with chapati.
