Instructions
  1. For preparing veggie mint sandwich, first grind together the ingredients for mint coriander chutney: coriander leaves, mint, lime juice, green chilly, ginger, sugar and required salt.
  2. Slice the vegetables into thin slices and sprinkle chaat masala, pepper and required salt. Toss the veggies.
  3. Butter the bread slices and spread a generous quantity of mint coriander chutney.
  4. Now, spread the veggies on top in desired quantity.
  5. Top with the buttered slice. Repeat same procedure with remaining slices.
  6. Veggie mint sandwich, a yummy as well as nutritious snack for kids as well as elders, is ready.
