: 1 cup (grated)
Curd : 1 cup
Sugar
: ½ tsp
Garlic
: 2
cloves
(chopped)
Green chillies
: 2 nos(chopped)
Mustard : ½ tsp
Curry leaves
: few
Lime : 1 no
Salt
: as reqd
Oil
: as reqd
Instructions
Grated the
cucumber
. Add curd and
cucumber
in a bowl.
Mix
salt
,
sugar
and lime juice in it.3) In a kadai, splutter mustard,
curry leaves
. Add
green chillies
and
garlic
.
Pour it in the salad. Mix and use.5) Tasty salad is a very good combination with applam. Can be served as a good starter.
:-Cucumbers are rich in proteins, vitamin A, vitamin C. Make it a daily ingredient for hot seasons.
