Instructions
  1. Peel the Vellarikka, cut it into small pieces
  2. Wash the Vellarikka pieces well and remove water from it
  3. Cook Vellarikka for about 15 minutes, adding sliced Green Chilli, Turmeric Powder and Salt with some water (required to cook the mix) in low flame.
  4. When the Vellarikka is cooked well, add the Coconut- Mustard paste and Curd/Butter milk with it and stir the mix well.
  5. This a very tasty, oil-free recipe and can be served with rice/Dosa etc.
Recipe Notes

Note: Grind the grated Coconut with the Mustard Seeds in paste form
and keep the paste separately
