Add the Chopped Shallots/Onion, Curry leaves and Green Chilli pieces also and stir it further
When colour of the Shallots/Onion, Curry leaves and Green Chilli pieces turns into golden/brown, add the Vellarikka pieces along with required quantity of Salt, stir the mix. Cover the Chennachatti with a plate and cook the Vellarikka pieces in medium flame.
When the Vellarikka pieces are cooked well, add grated Coconut and stir it well.
Vellarikka (Cucumber) Thoran is ready. This Thoran can serve with Chappathi/Poori/cooked Rice etc.
