Instructions
  1. Grind together coconut, 2 green chillies and cumin seeds into a fine paste.
  2. Add crushed mustard seeds into the above coconut paste.
  3. :- Make sure you don`t crush the mustard seeds too much as it would make the dish taste bitter.
  4. Beat the curd well.
  5. Mix together the beaten curd, ground paste and salt.
  6. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  7. Splutter mustard seeds and saute red chillies and curry leaves.
  8. Add the remaining chopped green chillies and lady`s finger.
  9. Fry them till they turn golden brown.
  10. Add the curd mixture and heat it through.
  11. Remove from the flame.
  12. :- Serve with rice.
