  • soak fenugreek and rice separately over night
  • first grind fenu greek
  • when it turns fluffy add rice to it and grind
  • after grinding mix some water and bring it to a smooth batter
  • put it in a kadai with gingelly oil and stir gently keep stirring slowly by adding oil
  • now add palm jaggery to it and mix well
  • mix untill it dissolves completely
  • now vendhaya kali is ready to serve
