  • Besan flour : 1 cup -

Instructions
  1. par boil the sevai
  2. in a bowl add chopped onion, green chili, boiled and smashed aloo, red chili powder, salt, asafoetida, garam masala and vermiceli and mix well
  3. in a bowl add besan flour, rice flour, maida, corn flour,red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and water and make a thick batter
  4. clean chilli and stuff sevai mix
  5. dip in the batter
  6. heat the oil and fry the sevai bajji
  7. now sevai mirchi bajji is ready
