Instructions
  1. In a pan, add little ghee and roast broken vermicelli and keep it aside.
  2. In another pan, boil the milk.
  3. Add the vermicelli and cook on a low heat for about 7-10 mts.
  4. Add sugar, crushed cardamom and salt and bring to boil.
  5. Finally, sprinkle with fried cashewnuts and raisins.
  6. :-Serve hot or chilled.

it was good.add i tbsp of vanilla extract & rose water. will have good aroma
