  • Sugar : 1 1/4 cups or as reqd -
  • Cardamom powder : 1/2 tsp -
  • Ghee : 1 tsp -
  • Chopped cashew nuts & almonds : 2 tsp each -

Instructions
  1. Grate the carrots.

  4. In a sauce pan cook the grated carrot with milk and saffron.

  6. Add sugar, cardamom and nuts.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Grease a plate with ghee and pour this and cut into burfis.
