  • Chicken breasts(skinless, cooked and roughly shredded) - 2 nos
  • Chinese cabbage(shredded ) - 1 cup
  • Carrot(cut into thin strips) - 1 mo
  • Peanuts(Roasted salted) - 1/2 cup
  • For the sauce -
  • Mint leaves(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Fish sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Ginger(minced) - 1 tsp
  • garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Chilies(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Red onion(finely sliced) - 1/2 piece

Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce (lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, ginger, chilly, garlic and onion) in a bowl.
  2. In a deep bowl mix the Chinese cabbage, mint, carrots and shredded chicken.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. :- Garnish the Vietnamese Chicken Salad with peanuts. :- Enjoy the Vietnamese Chicken Salad!!!
