For the sauce

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce (lime juice, fish sauce,
sugar
,
ginger
, chilly,
garlic
and
onion
) in a bowl.
In a deep bowl mix the Chinese
cabbage
, mint, carrots and shredded chicken.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well until the ingredients are well combined.
:- Garnish the Vietnamese Chicken Salad with peanuts. :- Enjoy the Vietnamese Chicken Salad!!!
