  • For preparing the delicious dish, first cook the beef in half a cup of water along with turmeric powder, fenugreek seeds powder and salt in a pressure cooker up to 5 whistles or until done. Keep cooked beef aside.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and saute ginger-garlic paste in it for 1 minute and keep it aside.
  • Add thinly sliced onion and saute until it becomes soft and light brown in color.
  • Add coriander powder and red chilly powder and saute for one minute.
  • Add tomato, green chilly, koorka pieces, curry leaves & coriander leaves. Saute it for 5 minutes.
  • Add little water, boil and let the chinese potato or koorka cook well.
  • Stir in cooked beef, pepper and garam masala. Cook it again for 5 minutes in medium flame. The delicious curry dish is ready to serve.
