125 g All purpose flour (Maida)75 g Melted butter200 ml MilkIcing sugar (to decorate)2 nos Eggs (separated)60 g SugarSalt (A pinch) For preparing waffles, mix egg yolks, sugar, maida and butter in a processor.Pour in the milk and mix it well. Leave the mixture aside for 15 minutes.Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt. Fold it gently into the above mixture.Pour out a little mixture onto a hot waffle iron and allow it to cook.Continue till all the mixture is over.Sprinkle with icing sugar.Waffles are ready.
