Watermelon Bread

this is my new try of bread which is look like watermelon but taste as sweet bread. this bread is very tasty and this we added some color but for seed we used raisins . this tasty like milk bread with raisin and kids love to eat this type of bread.

Instructions
  1. In bowl mix flour, egg, salt and butter oil mix well and keep aside
  2. Now in bowl add warm milk and sugar and yeast and rest 10 mins and when it foam and rise high pour into flour mixture and mix well
  3. Knead well and its like sticky and rest for 1 hour
  4. When its rise after an hour divide into two and in one half divide into 1/4 refer pic
  5. Now in one 1/4 of dough add green and knead well and keep aside
  6. In large portion add red color and add raisins and mix well and knead well
  7. Now make red dough loaf safe before that knead well and shape it
  8. Now in plain color dough roll with pin in large sheet keep red color dough which we already shaped like dough and roll with cover
  9. Now again roll green color and keep the plain cover dough. refer pic( if you have doubt before step ref this pic which i tried to say )
  10. Now cover with all sides an keep in loaf pan . rest for 2 hours
  11. Now preheat oven and apply milk on top of dough and bake for 40 mins
  12. Allow to cool and cut bread slices and serve it. Watermelon bread ready
