Instructions
  1. First pre heat a cooker with 2 cups of water, over that place a wire stand and a perforated plate. Cover and let it preheat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt(a pinch), cinnamon powder
  3. In another bowl mix yogurt & oil. Whisk together to combine.
  4. Pour the wet mixture, to the dry ingredients mix, also add the grated carrot and mix to combine all together. If the batter is too thick, you can add 2 tbsp of milk. mix well in dropping consistency
  5. Grease a cake tin with oil and pour batter and place inside the cooker. Try to keep in center for an even bake. Keep the flame in a low-medium and bake for 30-35 mins
  6. Check the cake with a tooth pick after 30 minutes by poking it in. If it comes out clean, its ready. If not, keep for some more time.
  7. Take the cake out of the cooker, and let it cool. loose side of cake with knife and take out cake. now Wheat carrot cake is ready
  8. Cut the cake enjoy with tea time
