1 1/2 cup Wheat flour (Gehun ka Atta)1 cup Powdered sugar1/2 cup Gram flour (Kadala mavu/Besan)1/2 cup Ghee1 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka)1/2 cups Dry grapes1/2 cup Pista/Badam (crushed) First melt ghee in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute in high mode.Stir in wheat flour and besan and mix thoroughly.Roast in high mode for 2 minutes and crush all lumps.The flour would have darkened with a roasted aroma.Allow the mixture to cool. Now add cardamom powder and sugar.Mix well with your hands to remove any lumps and knead well.Add dry grapes and nuts.Shape into laddoos.Wheat/gehun laddoos in microwave is ready to serve. Kerala
