  • Wheat flour(Gehun ka Atta) - 1 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • Gram flour(Kadala mavu/Besan) - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder(Elakka) - 1 tsp
  • Dry Grapes - 1/2 cups
  • Pista/Badam(crushed) - 1/2 cup

  • Cardamom powder(Elakka) - 1 tsp
  • Dry Grapes - 1/2 cups
  • Pista/Badam(crushed) - 1/2 cup

Instructions
  1. First melt ghee in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute in high mode.
  2. Stir in wheat flour and besan and mix thoroughly.
  3. Roast in high mode for 2 minutes and crush all lumps.
  4. The flour would have darkened with a roasted aroma.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool. Now add cardamom powder and sugar.
  6. Mix well with your hands to remove any lumps and knead well.
  7. Add dry grapes and nuts.
  8. Shape into laddoos.
  9. Wheat/gehun laddoos in microwave is ready to serve.
