  • For preparing the delicious halwa dish, first heat a vessel.
  • Roast the wheat flour to a brown colour & keep aside.
  • Fry raisins and cashews in the ghee & put aside.
  • Boil the water.
  • Add sugar into the water and stir till it dissolves.
  • Add cardamom powder, and pour ghee in which raisins and cashew nuts were fried.
  • Add roasted wheat, edible red color and stir without lumps till it becomes a halwa form.
  • Serve into a greased vessel and make a square shape. Garnish with some raisins and cashews.
