Instructions
  1. heat ghee in a pan saute ginger and green chilli
  2. fry rava well in ghee
  3. in pressure cooker allow water to boil and add salt
  4. to it add soaked dal
  5. to it add fried rava and allow 2 whistle
  6. in a separate pan temper some pepper corns,jeera,curry leaves and red chilli
  7. add some cashew and keep aside
  8. add this to the cooked pongal and serve
