  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • Parmesan cheese(grated) - 30 g
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing white bean puree, first blend together canellini/butter bean, olive oil, garlic and grated parmesan cheese in a blender until very smooth.
  2. Add required lemon juice to the white bean puree and mix well.
  3. White bean puree, a highly nutritious side dish is ready. Serve with pita bread.
