Instructions
  1. For preparing white bread, knead the maida, yeast and salt in a processor.
  2. Pour in water little by little while kneading it.
  3. Knead until the dough is soft and supple.
  4. Leave the dough to stand for 15 minutes on a work area surface dusted with maida.
  5. Flatten the dough with your hands and shape it as you wish into a loaf.
  6. Place a baking sheet dusted with maida. Cover with a clean cloth and leave it to rise for 50 minutes in a warm place.
  7. The dough should rise to twice its original size.
  8. Pre heat the oven to 240 degrees celsius.
  9. Make slits on the dough with a blade or knife and bake it for 30 minutes.
  10. White bread is ready.
