Instructions Cut China Grass into small pieces and soak it in a cup of water. Mix milk, milk maid and sugar and bring it to boil. Put the china grass mix on fire until it melts. Stir well. 4)Once both mix boils, add china grass mix through a strainer to the milk mix. Add vanilla essence. Pour the entire mix into pudding bowl and serve cold. Cut cashews into small pieces and fry in ghee and pour on each bowl while serving. :- Can use chocolate sauce also.
