Instructions
  1. in a cooker saute star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and a cardamom
  2. ckop all the vegetables and and add them to the oil
  3. add tomatoes
  4. grind coconut, green chilli,cashews,ginger garlic and mint leaves
  5. add the ground paste to the vegetables ans cook with water
  6. add salt cover with lid ,allow one whistle and turn off flame and serve .
