  • in a cooker saute star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and a cardamom
  • ckop all the vegetables and and add them to the oil
  • add tomatoes
  • grind coconut, green chilli,cashews,ginger garlic and mint leaves
  • add the ground paste to the vegetables ans cook with water
  • add salt cover with lid ,allow one whistle and turn off flame and serve .
