Instructions
  1. For preparing the healthy dish, wash the pumpkin well and cut into small pieces. The shapes should be uniform.
  2. Grind the coconut, small onions, turmeric powder and green chillies into a coarse form. Do not make it a paste.
  3. Mix this masala with the pumpkin pieces.
  4. Add salt to taste. Mix well.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves.
  7. Add the pumpkin mixture.
  8. Stir well and cook till the mixture becomes dry. Cook in low flame so the dish gets cooked well. White Pumpkin Curry Kerala Style is ready. This is a delicious dish that goes well with hot rice.
