Instructions
  1. Use a pressure cooker and add 500 ml of water.
  2. when it boils add all ingrediants and cook for 4 whistle in cooker.
  3. When cool open and smash well.
  4. The brinjal should be smashed well.
  5. Do the seasoning with all the ingredients in oil and pour on top of the dhal.
