  • Palm jaggery - 250 g
  • Shallots - 10 nos
  • Fennel seeds - 2 tsp
  • Coconut - 2 cup

Instructions
  1. Cook the whole wheat with shallots,fennel seed and salt. You can use a pressure cooker and cook it in for 25-30 minutes
  2. Add grated coconut
  3. Add palm jaggery and cook it again for10-15 minutes and mix well.
  4. Whole Wheat in Palm Jaggery-Chakkara Gothambu-village style is ready,serve it as break fast.
