  • Curry leaves(small bunch) -

Instructions
  1. Wash the yam and peel completely and chop
  2. In cooker Add chopped yam, garlic and little salt and boil for 10 min
  3. Drain the water and mash it well with masher .
  4. Add chopped onions, green chili, coriander and curry leaves.
  5. Mix it well and Add some Salt and keep aside.
  6. Heat the oil and put small small amount in the oil
  7. Drain from the oil and keep aside. complete other mixture too.Now it ready to serve. Serve hot.
