Yogurt kadhi is one of the simplest recipe you could make, it need just a handful of ingredients and taste yummy with plain cooked rice.There are so many methods of preparing this kadhi and here is a simple way mostly followed in all places. This goes excellent with rice.

Instructions
  1. temper olive oil with bay leaf, red chili, mustard, cumin,
  2. add slit onions and salt to this.
  3. add chopped ginger garlic.
  4. now add tomatoes and red chili powder , coriander powder, cumin powder and turmeric.
  5. now beat the yogurt finely with water and pour to kadhi
  6. season oil with mustard ,red chili, curry leaves , pour in kadhi and serve.
