Instructions
  1. For preparing yummy carrot cake, take a bowl, beat in eggs and castor sugar till the sugar dissolves.
  2. In the same bowl add in oil and vanilla essence. Blend till smooth.
  3. Add in maida, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Mix it well.
  4. Then mix in grated carrots.
  5. Pour the batter into a baking tin.
  6. Bake at 180 celsius for 45 minutes.
  7. Insert a skewer in the center of the cake to see if it is done. If the skewer comes out clean, then the cake is done.
  8. Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool completely before removing it from the tin.
  9. Yummy carrot cake is ready. Serve for parties or as a snack for tea.
