Instructions
  1. For preparing yummy jalebi pudding, take a pressure cooker and prepare caramel by burning 2 tsp sugar. Arrange jalebi's over the caramel.
  2. Mix together eggs, milk, sugar, essence and pour this mixture over the jalebi¦s arranged over the caramel.
  3. Cover and pressure cook for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Yummy jalebi pudding is ready. Serve chilled topped with fresh cream.
