Instructions
  1. Clean and wash mushroom in water.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds,onion,capsicm,ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder and chili powder to this.
  4. saute for a minute.
  5. Add 1/4 cup water and saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Add curd to this and stir for a minute.
  7. Cook rice in a microwave with water for 10 minutes.
  8. After cooking rice add this rice to mushroom mix in kadai.Mix all well properly and stir for a minute.
