Zhunka Curry with gram flour and vegetables 2 cups Gram flour (Kadalapodi/Besan)2 nos Onions2 nos Green chillies (Chopped)1 no Tomato (Chopped)2 nos Garlic cloves (Chopped)1/2 tsp Chilly powderCoriander leaves (Chopped)Curry leaves (Few)Salt (As reqd)For Seasoning:3 Tbsp Oil1 Tsp Mustard seeds1 Tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder Roast the gram flour in a pan till it gets golden brown. Keep this aside.Chop onions, tomatoes and garlic into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add all the seasoning ingredients. When they splutter, add chillies, curry leaves, garlic and turmeric powder. Add onions, tomatoes and garlic. Fry for a few minutes. Lastly, add besan, chilly powder, salt and little water. Stir continuously with no lumps. Sprinkle some water, stir and cook covered for 2 minutes. open the lid and stir. Serve hot.Garnish with coriander leaves. :- Serve with Bhakari(jowar roti). SnackKeralaZhunka

Hi…Its ok. But if we put masala i.e. prepared by maharastrians it will be more good. And this is not Karnataka dish but Maharastrian dish.
. Good. U could try putting asafoetida powder( hing/ kaayam) as soon as the mustard splutters. This will give it more taste
